What main household hardware products do you manufacture?

We specialize in producing various household hardware fittings, including hinges, slides, handles, connectors, cabinet hardware and other functional hardware, suitable for home decoration, furniture and engineering projects.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ varies by product. Regular products have a standard MOQ, while samples and small trial orders can be negotiated flexibly.

How do you ensure product quality? Do you have relevant certifications?

Full-process quality inspection is implemented from raw materials to finished products. We follow strict production standards, and our products meet industry requirements with test reports available.

Is the quotation inclusive of freight? What payment terms do you accept?

Quotations are EXW by default; freight is calculated based on destination. We accept T/T, L/C and other common payment terms.

Do you support customization based on drawings or samples?

Customization is available. Customers can provide drawings or samples, and we will conduct mold development, proofing and mass production to meet personalized product requirements.

How long is the production lead time for regular orders?

Regular in-stock items can be shipped quickly. Custom orders usually take 7–15 working days, depending on quantity and process complexity.

Do you provide samples? How are samples charged?

Samples are available. Some regular samples are free or charged at cost, which can be deducted from the bulk order payment, depending on product type.

Can you provide OEM & ODM private label services?

OEM and ODM services are supported. We can customize packaging, logo and product appearance according to your brand requirements.
